Terms and conditions

The candidate search is free of charge; the fee is based on the interim manager’s tasks and qualifications – transparent, flexible and, if desired, with a variable component. Billing is monthly, ancillary costs are passed on 1:1, and IMS takes care of all contract and reporting management to ensure smooth cooperation.

Project schedule

From precise briefing and rapid candidate selection to presentation within 48 hours, IMS seamlessly manages the entire placement process right up to the start of the project. During the assignment, we actively support the client with continuous monitoring, close coordination and transparent documentation for maximum project security.
